Chapter 4: Friends

*Heavy sighed*

“Aaarrgghh! What’s wrong with me?!” Ryo smack his head for the n^th time. It’s already 3:45 am, only 3 hours and 15 minutes left before school starts and still he can’t get himself sleep.

“Why is that voice keep playing on my head?! Tch! That geek!”

Ryo covered his head with two big pillows. He tried to sway his mind, “Sleep Ryo! Sleep! Sleep!” But still, no effect. He already tried counting numerous sheeps, cows and even pigs; he also tried to make anything helpful idea but it always ends up hearing Shige’s voice. Thirty minutes past but nothing happened, because of irritation, Ryo get out of bed angrily. He headed towards their kitchen, he grab out a bottle of water from the refrigerator and settled himself on a chair. He’s still confused of what’s happening to him, he didn’t know why Shige’s voice kept playing on his head.

“Why did he call me ‘RYO’??? We’re not that close or anything! He’s my kouhai… and I’m his senpai! He should call me with respect!” Ryo muttered to himself with anger. He’s still in deep thoughts when the kitchen door opens.

“Ryo?”

Ryo lifted his head.

“You got up early. Are you hungry, dear?” Ryo’s mom smiled as she headed towards the refrigerator to prepare food for breakfast. Ryo just keep silent.

“Are you going to school earlier? You’ve been pretty busy ne…don’t forget to rest a bit.” Ryo’s mom continued to talk but she noticed that her son is being highly unresponsive, she asked worriedly, “Ryo, dear? What’s wrong?” She eyed her son closely and become aware of the big eye bags of her son. “Are you not getting a good sleep?” Ryo returned to his senses when he felt his mom’s hands on his shoulder.

“Ahh… I’m fine okaa-san. Don’t worry about me.” Ryo got up from his seat, tried to give a small awkward smile to his mom and left.

“Huh?” Ryo’s mom tilts her head and said in confusion, “That’s weird, he looks like ...” She giggles in that thought and said to herself, “Oh! Well! That’s good for him...”

[At KITAGAWA High]

“OHAYO!”

“aaggh!” Shige stumbled back onto the ground.

“Hey! Koyama! Will you stop that?! You always jump in front of us!” Kusano helps Shige to stand up, annoyed.

“Ah! GOMEN! GOMEN!” Koyama runs towards Shige with worried face.

“Ah… it’s ok, Koyama-kun. I’m fine.” Shige said as he put his eye glasses properly.

“What do you want this time? Hhmm?” Kusano asked irritated. It’s their second day at their new school, so far, it’s been very distasteful for him and their official class will begin soon.

“Ah! Of course! I want to give this to you two!” Koyama fished out two pieces of paper from his bag and gave it to Shige and Kusano and explain, “That’s your class schedules, and it’ll make easier for you two.” Koyama give a big smile that reached his ears. XD

“ah… soka, but~~ Wait!” Kusano glance at Shige schedule paper and turn to Koyama with suspicious looks and ask, “Why is that? Mine is computerized copy while Shige’s were handwritten with hearts and he has also a map???”

“Ah… anoo…” Koyama blushes and turns around like a girl holding his hands and making funny movements.

“OHAYO! LITTLE KITTEN!”

Shige turn around to see who greeted him, and a heavy sighed left his mouth, {Oh man, this will be a loooooong confusing day.} XI

Yamapi bounce in front of them, still waving and smiling at Shige vigorously. Kusano, in the other corner, dumbfounded as he stared at Yamapi, again his heart beating too fast and too loud.

“Hey! Pi! Wait up!” Jin ran towards Yamapi but stumbled back when he saw Shige. He buries himself at the back of Yamapi because of wariness; he still remembers that he punched Kusano by mistake.

Shige who noticed Jin’s action felt guilty for the reason that he’d hit him the other night. He walked towards Jin; he bowed and said, “Anooo… gomen ne for hitting you last night. I was just~~”

“Eh? Oh! It’s nothing! I should be the one who apologies to you ‘coz of my stupidness.” Jin who blushed as he waves his hand, he was really amused that Shige was the one who apologized.

“Yeah. He’s an idiot after all.” Yamapi interrupted, patting Jin in the shoulder.

“Hey! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?!”

“Yeah! Yeah! Jin is stupid.” Koyama agreed.

“HEY!” Jin glared at Koyama.

Kusano who’s still staring at Yamapi nudges Shige and whispered, “S-Shige, we’ll be late.”

Shige turned to Kusano and said as he remembered that the class will be starting soon. “Ah! Souka!”, he turned to face his three senpais, he was about to talked when…

“OI! Ryo-chan! OHAYO!” Yamapi greeted Ryo who’d just entered the school gate.

“Oh. Ohayo.” Ryo greeted back blankly. But then, when he noticed that Shige is in the midst of his friends he walked passed at them hurriedly leaving the five boys in confusion especially Shige.

“Eh?” O.O

“Oh! Hey! Ryo-chan! Chotto matte!” Yamapi is about to run but stop and said, “Ah! Little kitten! I’m going first now…Good luck for your first day of class!” Yamapi winked at Shige then ran off.

“Eh? They leave me?!” Jin exclaimed.

“You’re really an idiot, Bakanishi.” A familiar voice came, and that person hit Jin’s head with a heavy bat as he passed by. Shige, Koyama and Kusano turned to face a slim boy with a calm but remarkable face along with pouty lips.

{He looks like a girl.} Shige thought as he looks intently at the boy.

“ARGH! What was that for?! KAME???” Jin yelled as he touches his damage head.

“Ne…Kame-chan, don’t be so rude to Jin.” Koyama smiled sweetly.

“Oh! Forget it!” Jin glared at Kame and said angrily, “I’ll go now; the turtle is attacking the land again.” But before Jin leave, he walked towards Shige. “I haven’t introduced myself to you properly. Akanishi Jin desu.” Jin bowed shyly. Shige gave him a timid smile and that made Jin blushed. “A-ah! S-see you later!” Jin stuttered as he turn and walk fast.

The boy called Kame stares at Jin’s back as he whispered, “Turtle? Me? And why did he blush all of a sudden?” He turns to gaze at Shige in puzzlement, still wondering why Jin acts like that towards the new boy.

“Ah, by the way… I’m Kamenashi Kazuya, 2^nd year.” Kame bowed as he introduced himself to Shige and Kusano.

“Hai! And he’s the youngest baseball captain we have in our school history!” Koyama butt in exaggeratedly. Kame gave a big kind smile, he turn to Koyama and bowed as a sign of appreciation.

“AAAAAAAAHHHH! Shige! We’re gonna be late!” Kusano yelped.

Shige was shocked as he stares at his watch.

“EH!? Anoo… Koyama-senpai! We’re going now! Kamenashi-san! Kato Shigeaki desu! Yoroshiku!” Shige bowed swiftly at Kame and waved goodbye to Koyama, then he drag Kusano quickly and ran off.

“OH! Shiggy-chan! Why did you leave me?” Koyama stretches his arms dramatically as if trying to search out for Shige.

“Ano? Senpai, do you like that boy?” Kame asked naively.

“Hai! Hai!” Koyama turn to Kame and nods exaggeratedly.

“So… Senpai, you’re a homosexual?” Kame said openly.

“EH?!” Koyama was shocked. O.O

“Oh, well. Senpai, I have to go now.” Kame waved goodbye at the thunderstruck Koyama.

Meanwhile… in the Student Council.

“OI! Ryo-chan!” Yamapi whined for the n^th time in that morning.

“mm?”

“For the N^th time! What’s wrong with you?! You look pale and you also have big blacky eye bags! Are you sick or something?? Did something happen?? Did someone do something bad to you?? Answer me! I’m so worried hell here, you know!?” Yamapi grasps Ryo’s shoulder and shakes him hysterically.

“Oh. Pi, for N^th time, I’m fine. Stop whining. I’m just tired and I haven’t slept for the whole night. Just shut up and let me sleep for a while, okay?” Ryo shoved Yamapi’s hands on his shoulder.

Yamapi gave out a sighed of relief.

“Okay, but you know… if you sleep… we’ll be late on our English class, and you know how cruel Inagaki-sensei~~”

“OH! SHOOT! Why didn’t you tell me earlier?! Let’s go!” Ryo smacked Yamapi on the head; he abruptly stood up then dragged Yamapi out of the room and ran off.

“Huff...Finally, we’re here at the faculty. This school sure is BIG ne, Shige…” Kusano crooked to his knees to catch his breathe.

“U-uhm.” Shige nods still panting.

{Door slides open}

“Oh! You two must be the new students, right?” Asked by a man who smiled kindly, had a handsome face, messy hair style wearing presentable outfit yet he still looks creepy at same time because of his weird aura?

Shige noticed that the man holds a book and thought, {He must be a teacher.}

“Hai, Kato Shigeaki desu.”

“Kusano Hironori desu.”

Shige and Kusano bowed politely.

“Ah! Nagase Tomoya desu, 1-A homeroom teacher.” Nagase smiled widely.

{Ah, so he’s my homeroom teacher…} Shige thought.

“OI! Tacchan! Your new student is here too! Hurry up, will yah?” Nagase called out.

{Though, he doesn’t act like a teacher.} Shige tilted his head in confusion.

“Anoo… are we late, Sensei?” Kusano asked.

“Ah! No no! You two are just in time.” Nagase answered.

“I’m here!” Came a manly voice.

“Ah! Finally! Oh, this is Yamaguchi Tatsuya, 1-B homeroom teacher. Kusano-kun here is your new son, Tacchan.” Nagase laughed then winked at Yamaguchi at the last sentence he’d said.

Shige and Kusano stared at them confused.

“Stop calling me that when we’re here in school, will yah?” Yamaguchi hissed as he nudged Nagase on the arm. He turned to face the two boys and said, “Hai, I’ll be your homeroom teacher, Kusano-kun. And you must be Kato-kun? You’ll be Nagase-sensei’s student. Now, now. Let’s head to our rooms, Nagase or Mary-san spot as here and have a new punishment again for being late in our class.”

“HOKEY! Let’s go kids!” Nagase said cheerfully as he put his arms into Shige and Kusano’s shoulder.

“Wait here, okay? When I call you, come inside, okay?” Nagase instructed.

Shige just nods, he’s knees are starting to shake, he really is nervous. He had been like that since he was young. He’s not used to face so many pairs of eyes staring at him. He knew he’s lack of self-confidence, the only people who can give him courage to be confident enough were Kusano and Massu, but now, he’s alone.

“Daijobu desu ka?” Nagase asked worriedly when he noticed that Shige looks pale.

“H-hai.”

“Oh! Don’t be so nervous… all of my students won’t eat you, soon they’ll be your friends… you’re not alone, okay? I’m here.” Nagase gave him a overwhelming smile and that somehow made Shige ease a bit.

“Arigatou, Nagase sensei.” Shige bowed politely and flashed a big smile.

Nagase smiled back, then he headed inside the room.

After 2 minutes, Shige is now facing the whole class.

“Okay class! Here’s your new classmate!” Nagase started.

“Anoo… K-kato S-shigeaki desu.” Shige stuttered and bowed deeply.

Silence.

“Ahm! SHIGE! SHIGE!” Came a bouncy familiar voice.

All the students turn to the boy who’d just called Shige, Shige lifted his head and was shocked to see…

“Massu?” O.O

Massu smiles and waves at him cheerfully while holding his gyoza.

“Oh! You knew each other, Kato-kun?” Nagase asked.

“Hai!” Shige turn to his sensei and nods.

“OH! That’s great! Okay class! Take good care of your new classmate, okay?”

“HAI! NAGASE-sensei!” the class answered cheerfully in unison.

“Okay, Shige, go sit next to Masuda-kun, there’s a vacant seat.” Nagase pats him on the shoulder and smiled.

“Oh! And Masuda-kun! Stop eating already, it’s lesson time now.” Nagase throw a glance in the direction of still eating Massu.

Shige walks towards his seat, he’s really glad knowing that Massu is his classmate. Now, he can really be at ease.

“Massu, why didn’t you tell me that you’re going to be my classmate?” Shige asked when he took a seat beside Massu.

“Hehehe, you didn’t ask me ne… ” Massu smiled at him while hiding his last gyoza.

When lunch break came, Shige and Massu headed for cafeteria.

“WHOAH! SO MANY FOODS ne! Shige!” Massu bounces happily in front of the counter where expensive delicious foods are being properly served.

“mm.. But Massu, you have a bento, right? Why bother buying some food?” Shige asked, glancing at Massu’s bento.

“More food is much better ne, Shige!” Massu beam at him happily.

“Hahaha! You never changed a bit ne, Massu! You always love foods…” Shige agreed, beaming back at his bouncy friend.

“OF COURSE! FOOD is MY LIFE ne!” Massu bounces once more. Shige just laughed.

When they already picked their food for lunch, they settled in a table near at the big glass window.

“SHIGE! MASSU!”

Shige and Massu turned around to see Kusano who waves at them energetically.

“Ne! Notti! You’re just in time ne! Let’s eat! I’m hungry!” Massu touched his stomach to show that he’s really hungry.

“Hai! Coming!” Kusano laughed and ran towards them with his bento and grabbing an arm of a boy behind him.

“Ah! By the way, I want you to meet my new friend and classmate!” Kusano started when they reached Massu and Shige’s table.

“This is Tegoshi Yuya!” Kusano introduced the shy boy beside him.

“And this two are Masuda Takahisa and Shigeaki Kato, they’re my bestfriends and Shige is my cousin.” Kusano continued happily.

Massu tilted his head and asked, still staring at shy Tegoshi fascinated, “A-are y-you a g-girl?”

Kusano laughed, Shige stared at Massu then turns to Tegoshi who lowered his head in wariness, flashes a pinky shade on his cheeks.

“Massu! Hahaha! He’s not a girl!” Kusano said who’s holding his stomach, trying to stop himself from laughing out loud. Most of the students in the cafeteria glare at them.

“Kusano! Keep it down! Will you?” Shige nudges Kusano’s arms, while glancing at the students apologetically.

“EH?! HE? HE? H-he’s a boy?” Massu exclaimed shocked, pointing a finger to Tegoshi. Then again, they receive another heavy glares from the people inside the cafeteria. Shige almost smack himself in frustration, he looks at the petite slim boy with blonde hair and with an angelic girly face who’s named Tegoshi. {He really looks like a girl.} Shige thought.

“Massu,” Kusano calmly starts, now trying not to laugh. “He is a boy. Why would a girl be in this school?”

“Because this is a school?” Massu answered naively.

“Yeah, we all know that. But this school is not just a SCHOOL, this is an exclusive school for BOYS!” Kusano exclaimed, he can’t believe that Massu forgot that fact about their school.

“Ah! Souka! Souka! I remember! Demou… He really looks like a girl ne… so cute.” Massu beamed at Tegoshi, now fully awake. Tegoshi blushes more but at least now, he felt at ease a bit.

Massu then turn to his forgotten foods and said cheerfully, “Now, now, now! Tesshi ne, have a seat! And let’s eat! I’m really hungry ne!”

{Sshhessh, he should be the one knew about this school ‘coz he first got here.}Kusano mumbled to himself as he wiggle his head and smile stupidly to no one. Shige just smile at his cousin’s mumbling.

“UMAI!” Massu raised his hands in the air with his chopstick.

“Hai! Hai! Oishii ne! Massu-tan! This gyoza is sssssooooooooo delicious ne! My oba-chan told me that gyoza came from a beautiful planet ne!” Tegoshi agreed as he nods energetically.

“WHOAH! That planet must be FULL OF GYOZA! Let’s go there!” Massu turns to Tegoshi, bouncing happily.

Kusano and Shige just laughed at the cute scenery. {Thought he’s a shy boy but I think I misread him, *smile* A new friend.} Shige thought.

Chapter 3: Rescue Team

“Kei-chan… can we go home now? It’s getting late ne… and I’m so so so tired…” Yamapi let out a heavy sigh and pouts towards Koyama, who’s making silly laughs while writing something in a paper. +Akira pouts+
“I can finish these reports tomorrow you know… my eyes hurts… and my fingers are already numb… can we just go home? Onegai?” Yamapi pleaded with puppy big eyes. Frankly, he’s eyes and fingers are still fine, he’s just not in the mood to finish so many reports paper. He prefers to be at home, eating his most wanted lemon breads with milk while fantasizing his new crush, the little geeky but cute boy, Kato Shigeaki.
“Oh, Come on Pi… you obviously just want to get away from those reports, and you just want to go home, eat your stupid breads while dreaming about your little geeky kitten.” Ryo said coolly while relaxing on the soft couch with his hands at the back of his head.
“RYO-chan! You’re not helping!” Yamapi hissed. {uuuuwwaahh! How did he know that?!}Yamapi wondered. ?.?
“Hihihihi…” Koyama keep on making silly laughs and gestures like a girl while still writing, just ignoring his friends.
“KEI-CHAN?! You’re not listening!” Yamapi growled. He stood up and walked towards Koyama whose still giggling. When he got a closer look to what Koyama is writing, he asked loudly with big wide eyes, “WHAT ARE DOING???” O.O!?
Koyama jumped a little from his chair and stopped because of Yamapi’s sudden appearance on his side, and said obviously still giggling, “I’m writing. Hihihihihi….”
“I know YOU’RE WRITING, I mean… WHY are you writing those?!” Yamapi raised an eye brow; he eyed Koyama suspiciously.
“whihihi… I’m writing the class schedule of Shiggy-chan and I also draw a map so that he’ll not be confuse or lost in his way in this BIG school of ours… hihi… Ne, Pi, what do you think is cute? Hearts or Flowers?” Koyama starts to write while giggling as he talks.
“Eeeh?! When did you start calling him SHIGGY-chan?! You don’t even have his permission to call him like that! A-a-and… and… why are doing that? We already have computerized copies of schedules for first years! *Akira sighed* hmmm… ~~ I think hearts is much cuter than flowers.” Yamapi asked hastily while making gestures in his hands like a girl who is madly jealous.
“I just want to make it special for Shiggy-chan, you knew already that tomorrow will be his first ever official class… I want it to be perfect! Hihihihi…*giggles* oh! I don’t need his permission; I think he’ll like it! Especially his beautiful mom! Wiiih… ah! Hearts it is!” Koyama clasps his hands as he answered Yamapi with his special loving speech.
“Oh.. I~~ Wait! Wha? WHAT? You already saw his mom?!”
“Yep. Oh! Did I tell you that he’s my loving neighbor? Did i?” Koyama winked.
Ryo who’s still in the couch relaxing and listening to his friends’ exchange dialogues just wiggled his head in dislike and frowned. {What’s with that geek that made my friends drool over him? I’ve just bump into him because of that hot delicious Koroke, I’m just hungry that time. He’s not even that cute, he’s just a typical kid for me.} Ryo who’s deep in thought frowned more and crossed his arms in disbelief upon the matter.
They were still in that situation when a guy suddenly barge in.
“Hey! PI! RYO! Don’t you two have plans to go home?! Are you two trying to kill my butt?! I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours!!! GAWD! YOU TWO are just relaxing yourself here forgetting your dearly loved BEST FRIEND waiting at that DAMN PARK! FUCK!”
Ryo and Yamapi are now standing motionless because of the guy’s sudden explosion. Yamapi opens his mouth to say something but no words came out while Ryo tries to shift his feet to move towards the guy but his feet still glued in the floor.
“Oh! Jin! Hello!” Koyama greets the guy with full big smile on his face as if he’s not involved to the situation.
“Hi, Koyama.” Jin replied not shifting his glare towards his two best friends.
“annooo… HONTO NI GO~~” Yamapi starts but Jin cut him off and said sarcastically, “Save you words Pi, I’m not gonna forgive you. You’ve promise that we’re going to leave earlier so that we can watch the video, but you forgot! You’re just here soothing around!”
“No! I’m N~”
“OH! SHUT UP! Don’t make excuses! I know I’m stupid but~~” Jin snapped but was cut off.
“Stop your damn cheesy dramatic speech BAKANISHI, it doesn’t suit you.” Ryo smirk mockingly.
Jin raised an eye brow, he’s about to speak when Koyama interrupt.
“WOKEY! Stop bickering! You three just calm down, okay? Sit.” Koyama said smiling to make the atmosphere more at ease.
The three obeyed but before Yamapi’s butt touch the couch; he stands up, points a finger towards Koyama and said pouting, “Hey! Kei-chan! It’s your fault that we’re still here!”
“Eh? Me?” Koyama points to himself.
“Yeah,” Ryo answered. “You’ve been very busy doing that schedule for that geek.”
“YEAH! YEAH!” Yamapi nods quickly.
“?” Jin who was now calmed down didn’t know who’s the GEEK that the three talking about.
“OINK! OINK!” Buta who’d just waken up gnaw the end fabric of Jin’s pants by its mouth.
“What’s wrong, Buta?” Jin asked.
“OINK! OINK! OINK! OINK!” Buta starts to attack Jin by munching Jin’s pants heatedly; more Buta’s saliva spreads on it.
“EEEWW! WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING?!” Jin yelled, trying to drag his pants from the pig.
“AAARRGGGHHH!” Jin screamed.
“I think he wants you to feed him.” Ryo teased and laughed.
All of them laugh except Jin who wrestles with the pig. The room was filled of their laughter when all of sudden, someone just barge in again. The door was banged opened loudly as if it’ll crack. The four of them we’re shocked, even the pig who’d stop chewing Jin’s pants.
“Huff huff… He- HELP ME!” Shige said between his panting. As he recovered from panting, Shige stands properly and took something from his pocket. He lifts it in front of Ryo and said, “You said…you would help me right? ~For free.”
Ryo glanced at the thing Shige was holding and said coolly, “Yeah.”
Yamapi and Koyama were surprised because of the sudden appearance of their cute crush. While Jin whose mouth was dropped opened was captivated by Shige’s geeky but hot looks. Buta who’s watching the scene just raised his invisible eye brow and let out a, “oink?”

After two hours of searching and tracking the places where Kusano would be hidden by the kidnappers, finally, they’ve stopped at the corner of a building which was confirmed to be the secret place where Kusano is. Somehow, they we’re amazed and confused of how the building looks like. It was well-designed, only people who’d enough money can afford living on it. And it seems to be impossible that the kidnappers would be living in that building.
“So, Kusano’s in that building?” Shige asked to Yamapi who’s holding a binocular on his left hand, the other arm was placed on Shige’s shoulder, they’re so close to each other’s body, and that makes Shige uncomfortable.
“Yep, confirmed. It was owned by the kidnapper.” Yamapi said smiling happily and hold Shige closer to him.
“a-ano… Yamashita-kun.” Shige can’t breath properly because of Yamapi’s hold.
“HEY, PI!” Koyama and Jin yelled at Yamapi.
“What?” Yamapi asked naively.
“Let go little kitten! See! He can’t breathe properly!” Jin said as he walked towards Yamapi to break them apart.
“YEAH! That’s right! Let go of Shiggy-chan!” Koyama agreed to Jin but was surprised of Jin’s sudden interest to his Shige.
Shige who was puzzled to what’s happening felt dizzy. It’s getting really late, and his cousin, Kusano is still in danger.
“HEY! Quit playing around! We’re here to save someone not to harass someone.” Ryo said with power on his tone.
“Ne, Ryo-chan, if you still remember, you’re the first one who harassed my little kitten…” Yamapi teased.
“SHUT UP PI OR I’LL WRECK YOUR BEAUTIFUL NECK.” Ryo glared. *EVIL GLARED*
“O-Okay! Okay!” Yamapi mumbled lifting his both hands as he admit defeat.
“Anyway, I wonder how we should get in there. It looks like there’s a lot of guys watching it.” Yamapi tried to think hard as he put his right hand on his cheek.
“Um, aannoo… pardon me, but…” Shige interrupt.
“Yes? What is it? Shiggy-chan?” Koyama asked sweetly.
“He’s already on his way in.” Shige points a finger towards Ryo, who’s already in the front door of the building.
“EEEH?!” Yamapi, Jin and Koyama shrieked in shock.
“RYO-chan! Hold on a sec., will yah?!” Yamapi, Jin, Koyama ran towards Ryo.
[Inside the so-called hiding place of the Kidnapper]
“Aaaaaaggghhhh! You’re gonna pay for this! My mom and dad will gonna make you pay for treating me like this!” Kusano said angrily.
“hahahahaha… Ne, Notti, relax… I’m still not doing anything bad to you. Just calm down, okay?” said the so-called kidnapper.
[At the 1st floor of the building]
“Hey! Kiddos! Who are you and what are doing here?!” asked by the big guy who have mustache and wearing black eye glasses and black suit. Because of the sudden loud voice of the big guy, all of the black suit guys appeared in the 1st floor where Shige, Ryo, Yamapi, Jin and Koyama are.
Surrounded by the strange black suit guys, Shige began to panic. A tall thin guy grabs his left arm and asks suspiciously, “What are you kids doing here?”
“HEY! DON’T TOUCH HIM! YOU BASTARD!” Jin shouted at the guy who grabbed Shige and kicked hard a small table that hit the tall thin guy and cause the guy knocked down on the floor. Koyama ran towards Shige to protect him, he was relieved that Shige wasn’t hit too.
“You never think ahead, do you?” Ryo smirked.
“Hey! Jin! Be careful! Don’t kick anything out of the blue! You almost hit Shige!” Koyama warned.
“Hey! Kei-chan! Take Shige out of here! This will be a bloody fight ne…” Yamapi grinned at Koyama then he turn to Ryo and Jin who were both ready to fight. They smiled to each other and nods.
“YOSH! Fight-Oh!” Yamapi lift a fist.
“All of you be careful! Okay? I don’t want to go home with friends with broken faces and bodies.” Koyama said loudly as he and Shige leave the 1st floor.
The exchange blows starts. Someone grabs Yamapi by the arm, as Yamapi twist his body with his big fist swung on the air that smacked down the black suit guy. Yamapi is already a black belter in karate after so many years of taking serious lessons of it. Actually, he’s planning to attend judo lessons. He’s not used to fights because he’s the type that’ll just keep still and let Ryo and Jin handle the fight. But when times like this, he have no choice but to share his skills to his opponent.
While Yamapi is busy to smacking down many opponent, Jin was busy kicking things abruptly that really hits his opponents successfully. Jin is used to kick things because of the fact that he’s the soccer captain of KITAGAWA high; he’s really good at it and also good in street fights.
Ryo on the other hand is busy using both fists. He’s not as tall as Yamapi and Jin, but he had a great fist to make the opponent cried in pain. He’s not into karate, judo or anything that related self-defense; he’s just used to be on a fight too like Jin, but the difference between them is that, he just fights for a good reason while Jin fights whenever he likes.

[2nd floor of the building]
“Koyama-kun, are they really going to be fine?” Shige asked worriedly.
“Oh! Don’t worry too much about them… they can handle it…” Koyama patted Shige’s cheeks.
“Oh! Please…? Just call me Kei-chan?” Koyama pleads as he pouts.
“annoo… what should we do now?” Shige changed the topic.
“Ah, we’ll just wait here. They’ll be here in any minute.” Koyama said still pouting.

“YOOSSHH! We’re here!” Yamapi bounce in front of them.
“Eh?” Shige’s mouth dropped open. He was surprised that the three guys was there, stands coolly, not even a scratch in the face or in the body were made on them.
“Ah! That’s a piece of cake! Just bunch of idiots!” Jin said proudly as he turns to face Shige.
“Don’t be full of yourself, Bakanishi.” Ryo said as he cleans up his clothes from the dust that the fight left him.
“AAAAAAAuuuuuuGGGGGHHHH!”
“What was that?” Jin asked stupidly.
“That voice! It’s Kusano!” Shige ran worriedly, he will never forgive himself if something happens to Kusano.
“Hey! Wait up!” Yamapi, Koyama and Jin ran after him. Ryo just walked coolly.
[Back to the so-called hiding place of the Kidnapper]
“YOU’RE GONNA PAY FOR THIS! UMF!” said Kusano angrily.
“Kusano-kun, don’t get mad. It’s just a~~~” said the other guy in the room.
!!!BBBAAAAANNNNNGGGG!!!
The door was banged opened and it ripped into two parts. Kusano and the other guy were shocked.
~huff huff huff~ panting~~
“K-K-Kusano! I-I-I’m here… huff.. I’ll save you.” Shige said as his head was bowed down, he put his hands to his knees to calm his shaken hush breathing.
“SHIGGY-CHAN!”
“LITTLE KITTEN!”
Koyama, Yamapi and Jin stopped where Shige is.
“HEY! YOU! You must be the kidnapper!” Jin abruptly ran towards the guy who have lion-like hair and hit him with his fist.
O.O!!!
All was shocked.
“Hey! What the hell was that for?!” Kusano yelled, putting his right hand to feel his bleeding lips that had been hit.
“EEEH?!”
All of them turn their gazes towards Shige who’d just scream. Shige stopped and walked towards Jin, he strike Jin with his fist on the face and said angrily, “WHY DID YOU HIT MY COUSIN?!”
Kusano was surprised to saw his cousin very mad. Even Koyama and Yamapi were dumbfounded. Ryo glance at Jin who was now at the floor and muttered, “Nice punch.”
“?” Jin was puzzled and all of a sudden, he fainted. Yamapi and Koyama ran towards Jin to take hold of their friend.
“Shige?”
Shige who heard someone called him turn to face the guy that made his eye brows crumpled in puzzlement, and then it hit him.
“MASSU?!”
Shige can’t believed that they’ve seen each other again. Massu is his long lost best friend, {not very long I think?} Shige thought. Massu is his best friend since kindergarten and had been his close neighbor. But, after they graduated from elementary, Massu with his family moved to another house and was transferred to another school. They didn’t see each other for almost 1 year, although they still have communication.
{Masuda-kun?} Yamapi, Koyama and Ryo exchange looks.
The chubby bouncy guy beam at him broadly and said happily, “You remember me!”
“Of course! You’re my best frie~~ wait! Why are you here? Don’t tell me… you’ve been kidnapped too?!” Shige said puzzled as he turns to Kusano back to Massu. Someone placed a hand on Shige’s shoulder, Shige turn around and was shocked.
“O-Ohkura-kun?! You’re here?” Shige said as he feels dizzy.
Ohkura nodded and said, “Yeah, I’m already here when you banged open the door.”
“Eh?”
“Shige, I wasn’t kidnapped.” Kusano interrupted.
“Wha~? But Ohkura-kun said?” Shige said still puzzled, he turn to Kusano back to Ohkura.
“Shige, no one was kidnapped,” Massu explain as he walks towards Shige.
“Ohkura-kun misunderstood my call; he thought Kusano was kidnapped so he’d quickly gone here.” Massu continued.
“But… he didn’t showed up in the park. I waited there for almost 2 hours and.. And.. I was so worried!” Shige burst out in frustration.
“After my ballet lesson I bumped into Massu, I was happy that I saw him again, you know how we missed him and then he invited me over here. Shige, GOMEN NE! I tried to call you but your phone is off.” Kusano apologized to his cousin.
“I also tried to call you to tell you that Kusano wasn’t kidnapped” Ohkura explicate apologetically.
Shige fished out his phone and said with a shy smile, “Ah… yeah, my phone is off.”
{Stupid geek} Ryo smirked.
“Ne, Ryo-chan… we should go now, I think Jin is already past asleep.” Yamapi approached Ryo.
When Shige heard it, he remembered that he’s the one who hit Jin. He ran towards Ryo, Yamapi and Koyama who was holding Jin, he bend very low and said sincerely, “GOMEN NE!”
“Oh! It’s okay! Little kitten! It’s not your fault!” Yamapi patted Shige’s cheek and smile.
“Yep. Pi’s right!” Koyama agreed, still holding Jin by arms, he smiled sweetly at Shige.
“It serves him right. He’s just stupid running like that and hitting people without thinking first.” Ryo said smirking as he smacked the head of sleeping Jin. {Baka!}
Shige was relieved. After 3 seconds, he turns to Massu, Kusano, and Ohkura then asked, “Wait… If Kusano wasn’t kidnapped,” Shige starts to tremble, “Who… were the black suited guys back in the 1st floor? Don’t tell me…” He turn back to Ryo, Yamapi and Koyama who were now stunned, “WE HIT INNOCENT PEOPLE?!” Shige exclaimed.
“Hahahahaha!” Massu laughed, and then Kusano laughed too.
“Shige, don’t worry! My bodyguards won’t take revenge to what you have done to them.” Massu assured them, still laughing.
“Your.. wha? What? BODYGUARDS?” Shige asked wide eyes.
“Hai! This is the new house that I’ve been talking about last week.” Massu explained beaming.
“aaahh.. Souka! But, wait! A while ago, Kusano shouted! That really makes me worried.”
“And that cause the door to be ripped?” Massu laughed.
“Ahh… eh.. yeah.”
“Kusano-kun and Massuda-kun were playing games and Kusano-kun… always ended up losing.” Ohkura-kun explained while Kusano pouts and glared at Ohkura.
“Ahh…”
“Hey, geek, Yamapi and Koyama will go now, they have to send Jin home.” Ryo interrupted.
“See you later! Little kitten!” Yamapi waved bouncing.
“Ja ne! Shiggy-chan! See you tomorrow! Ryo-chan, take Shiggy-chan home safe, okay?” Koyama winked. “Hey! Pi! Some help here?”
Kusano stared at Yamapi. He felt his heart gone wild again, when he’s about say goodbye to Yamapi, the guy already gone.
While Kusano was pouting, Ohkura is busy staring at Ryo. Ryo stared back. They stared at each other as if it’s a glaring contest.
{What’s up with those guys?} Shige thought.
“Ah, Nishikido-senpai, you can take them home now. It’s getting really late.” Massu interrupted politely with all his respect and smiled.
“Ah, thanks. Masuda-kun.”
“Wait~! Senpai? Do you know each other?” Shige asked to Massu, Massu smiled and said, “Of course! I’m also studying to KITAGAWA high. You do know that right?”
“Eh?!”
[At the Kato residence.]
“Tadaima!” Both Shige and Kusano said wearily.
“OH! My! Are you three alright?” Shige’s mom rushed towards them and hugs them.
“Oka-sa~, we can’t brea~~”
“Oh! Sorry!” Shige’s mom let go of them, then she noticed a young men on the door way. She walked towards him, smiled thoughtfully and said, “You must be Nishikido-kun?”
“Hai! Nishikido Ryo desu.” Ryo bowed politely and smiled back respectfully.
“Thanks for taking care of my son.” Shige’s mom clasped the hands of Ryo with both hands.
“Oka-san?!”
“Ah,” Kato-san let go of the hand and said, still smiling delightfully, “by the way, Nishikido-kun, someone’s waiting for you at the living room.”
“Huh?”
They headed to the living room and were surprised to see a pig elegantly sitting at the couch.
“Here’s our visitor. So cute ne…” Shige’s mom said cheerfully.
“Buta?” Shige stared at the pig awed.
“Hey, what’s a pig doing here? How did it even get in? And when?” Kusano asked quickly eye brows furrowed pointing at the pig.
“His name’s Buta.” Shige explained to Kusano.
“That’s not what I’m asking. ~who cares what’s his name is?” Kusano muttered annoyed.
“OINK! OINK! OINK!”
“You want to me to hurry home?” Ryo sighed heavily and muttered annoyed, “Oh! Shut up! Jeez.”
Ryo turned to stare at Shige, Shige on the other hand stiffened, he don’t know why all of the sudden his heart was being hammered as if in any moment his heart will bounce out from his chest. They stared at each other; Shige didn’t notice that Ryo’s face is already so close to his. Shige felt his knees weaken, and then Ryo touch his nose and said, “You have dirt on your nose.” Then Ryo stepped back.
“I’m outta here, you’re okay now, right?” Ryo said coolly.
“Oh,… yeah, I’m fine. Thanks for your help.” Shige startled.
“Oh, you’re not going to have dinner with us?” Shige’s mom asked gloomily.
“Ah… I’ll be happy to have dinner with you, Kato-san, but my mother will be worried. Gomen ne, I promise to have dinner with all of you next time.” Ryo bowed politely and smiled apologetically to Shige’s mom.
“Oh! Don’t apologize! It’s okay. I understand, I’m a mother too… you can visit here anytime. Be careful to your way home, okay?” Shige’s mom smiled. Ryo bowed again.
“Let’s go, Buta.”
When Ryo reached the front door,
“Um… Pardon me…” Shige said shyly.
“Yeah?”
“Are you sure it’s all right?”
“What?”
“I cause you a lot of trouble… but I haven’t done anything to thank you.”
“I said I’d help out for free.”
“Yeah, but still.”
“Besides, you did thank me.”
“Eh? I did?” Shige think hard when did he thank Ryo? Then the Hot KOROKE pop into his mind.
“You don’t mean…”
Ryo hold the doorknob and said, “See ya.”
“Umm…RYO! THANKS!” Shige said loudly when Ryo opened the door. Ryo turned his head over his shoulder to stare at him; Shige’s heart again is being hammered hard. They held their gazes for a moment, and then Ryo turned back, lift a hand and left. {Just one hot koroke?} Shige thought, and smiled.
Kusano and Ohkura who was spying at the corner frowned.
{Very suspicious!} Kusano frowned more.
{That guy.} Ohkura glared to no one, he knew, he has found his enemy. Still frowning, he looked at Shige who’s still smiling.

Chapter 2: Little Kitten

“PHEEW! We’re back! Kei-chan!” A guy who had a brown soft hair, deep brown eyes, sexy full lips, and tanned skin said as he entered the room happily bouncing. +Akira bounce+

“Why took you so long?!” Asked heatedly by a tall thin guy who’s still busy organizing something in his table.

“Eh?! Don’t get mad at me! It’s Ryo-chan’s fault!” said the guy, still bouncing while pointing his finger towards the other guy who’s leaning against the wall.

“Me? How that happened to be my fault?” Ryo asked innocently pointing to himself.

“You’re the one who’s so slow in picking things, Pi.” Ryo continued.

“Eh?! Me? No! It’s your fault! When we’re on our way, you suddenly harassing a cute boy in the park!” Yamapi said, still bouncing with a smirk on his face.

Ryo glared at him. *evil glare*

“OH! Come on! Stop fighting!” Koyama wailed as he looks intently at the two guys, then he grin.

“Pi, who’s the cute boy?” Koyama asked nosily.

“?” Both Yamapi and Ryo exchange looks at each other, then to Koyama.

{A little while ago he’s angry; now, he’s like a girl who’s giggling to know about the incident in the park?} Yamapi thought puzzled.

“Hmm… I don’t know his name ne, but he’s really cute ne.. Like a little kitten..” Yamapi giggled as he put in the picture the harassing incident.

“OH! SHUT UP! YAMASHITA!” Ryo yelled. He furiously smacked the heads of Yamapi and Koyama who squealed in pain but starts to laugh endlessly.

[At KATO’s Residence]

“Tadaima!”

Shige and Kusano enter the house with joyful voices.

“OH! Okaeri! Shige! Hiro!” said Mrs. Kato, who’s eventfully preparing something into the kitchen. Shige’s mom is beautiful; anyone who’ll see her with Shige will think that they’re siblings.

Shige and Kusano headed to the living room, but because of Shige’s clumsiness he didn’t notice a box on his way.

“AAAgggggggHHHHH!”

He stumble on it, he get himself ready knowing that he’ll fall down hard to the floor. He’s waiting to feel the floor on his face but instead he felt a soft chest on his face and a firm grip on his arm.

“Daijobu desu ka?(are you ok?)” said the guy with a sexy voice.

Shige lift his head to see his knight in shining armor. He was wonder-struck to saw a guy, not far as of his age (Shige think) have a calm striking worried face at him. Within 3 seconds, they seize each others gaze.

“D-da-daijobu..(I-I’m okay..)” Shige startled as he stand properly in front of the guy but his eye glasses are still placed improperly.

“Gomen ne to kept you waiting, Ohkura-kun.. Oh!~~ Shige dear, are you alright?” Shige’s mom interrupted as she entered the living room holding a tray with juice and lemon breads on a plate.

Shige put his eye glasses on his eyes properly.

“Oba-san, who’s he? I’ve never seen him before.” Kusano asked with furrowed brows towards the guy, and still pouting ever since he have witnessed the whole tripping thingy of Shige and the rescuing of the unknown guy.

“Oh yes, I don’t believe you’ve met.” Shige’s mom said with a smile as she placed the tray on a table.

“?” Shige and Kusano both gave questioning look to Mrs. Kato.

“He’s from states. Your parents sent him here to lookout for you.” Shige’s mom smiled sweetly at them.

“Ahh..ok~..wha? WHAT?!” Kusano was shocked.

“Hey! Kusano! Lower your voice, will you?” Shige muttered as he smacked Kusano on the side. Shige knew this would happen, he knew how worried Kusano’s parents when they let their only son left here in Japan.

“Ohkura Tadayoshi desu..”. The guy said politely and bowed, ignoring how shocked Kusano was.

Ohkura let out a hand to make a handshake with Shige. Shige who is timid take the hand.

“O-oh, nice to meet you..” Shige said with a shy smile.

“GGGRRRHH! I can’t take this anymore! First! They moved me to an all Boys School! T-T-That KITAGAWA HIGH!!! Second! Oka-san sent me to BALLET lesson! Do I look like a GIRL to be a BALLERINA?! And now! This?! WHOAH!” Kusano exclaimed angrily.

{EH? Something sounds familiar?} Shige thought.

“Kusano!” Shige said worriedly as he watched his cousin walked angrily at the stairs heading to their room. Kusano is not just a cousin for him; they’ve been best friends and brothers ever since they were born. Whenever he was bullied in school, Kusano was always at his side to protect him. And whenever Kusano was in hard time in his lessons, Shige was always there to teach him. Shige really treasured their relationship.

“Don’t worry too much ne, Shige… He’ll understand… he’s a good boy like you.” Shige’s mom said with a lovable smile towards him while stroking his hair. Shige smiled back to his mom and headed to their room.

***After two days***

(Shige and Kusano’s 1^st day to KITAGAWA HIGH)

“We’re going now!” Shige said as he and Kusano put on their shoes.

“Have a safe trip!” Shige’s mom said cheerfully as she handed the bentos to Shige and Kusano and waves goodbye to the two young men.

“HAI!” Both respond energetically.

Shige and Kusano headed to the gate. Then, all of a sudden …

“OHAYO GOZAIMASU!” Koyama who’d jumped in front of Shige and Kusano greeted them actively.

“EEEH?!” Both of them jumped because of the sudden appearance of their neighbor.

“Ah! Gomen ne!” Koyama apologized when he realized what he has just done.

“Annoo… Koyama-kun, do you want something?” Shige asked shyly.

“Ne... Shige… Just call me Kei, I’m not that old to be called politely.” Koyama responded sweetly, like a girl.

“Koyama! What do you want? Spill it out.” Kusano said annoyed with his arms crossed.

“Ne… Kusacchi, don’t be so mean to your senpai…” Koyama replied with a big grin. Still smiling, Koyama told them that he’s meant to be there to pick them up in favor of the school.

[At the Students Council room]

“Ryo-chan… There are two transfer students who are scheduled to arrive today.” Yamapi said as he munches his lemon bread.

“…” Ryo is not paying attention to what Yamapi is telling him, he’s too busy writing on his notebook.

“Sho… we should make preparashions tcho ghive them a pwoper wercome ash shoon ash possible ne.” Yamapi continued as he now munches his big curry bread.

“…”

“Hmmm… something’s weird. It seems that Koyama was so excited to go and get the two transferees by himself ne… ” Yamapi who’d finished munching his bread, pouts and start to speculate.

Yamapi noticed that Ryo was being highly unresponsive and said, “ Ryo-chan? Are you listening?”

“Yep.”

“Ne! Ryo-chan! You’re not listening!” Yamapi pouts. +Akira pouts+

“I’m listening.”

“No! You’re not!” Yamapi pouts more.

“Yes I am.” Ryo insisted, still writing.

“Then what did I just say?” Yamapi said crossed arms.

“~No! You’re not!~ is the last words you say.” Ryo answered naively.

Yamapi glared at Ryo for a moment. He gets up from the couch and move towards Ryo, then he glance at Ryo’s note book.

“See! You’re not listening! You’re busy doing your homework!” Yamapi roar as he stares at Ryo with furrowed brows.

“…” +.+

“You supposed to be doing that at home! Not here!”

“…” ~.~

“Eh?! I don’t believe this! Now! You’re just ignoring me!? You’re so ME~~”

Ryo place a big French bread on Yamapi’s mouth. O.O

“Just. Shut up Pi.” Ryo continue writing.

Yamapi almost banged his head on the table, the big French bread still on his sexy full mouth.

[At the front gate of KITAGAWA HIGH]

“WE”RE HERE!” Koyama said exaggeratedly with open arms as he came out from the car followed by Shige and Kusano who were now dropped dead with opened mouth.

“WOOOOOOOOOW!”

Both Shige and Kusano were amazed of how big and elegant the front gate was. As they walked all the way through the long hallway of the school ground, Shige couldn’t help but admire the grand scale of things. There are so many well-designed conveniences inside the school ground like: a big spacious parking lot, tremendous oval sports center with full services, (2 soccer field, 2 soft ball field, 4 tennis field, and more sports field) golf course area, judo practice area, music and arts buildings, laboratory building, a simple but stylish clinic house, a small chapel, a small cute park with flowers, bushes, and trees everywhere, enormous swimming pool, private small houses, private onsen (hot spring) and lots of hidden amenities.

As they entered in a building to where the classrooms are, everything seemed to be more than essential. The doors were twofold as large as the normal person, and every room was packed filled with electrical equipment, hi-tech computers, CCTV cameras plus interactive whiteboards instead of blackboards.

Koyama led them to the Students Council. As they entered the room, again Shige and Kusano were dumbfounded; the room is neat and large like on those dramas that a CEO has.

“Have a seat…” Koyama said. The two young men obeyed and sat on the couch.

“The president is not here yet, so, let’s just wait ne…” Koyama smiled again that cause his eyes to be too small to see.

Shige nods while Kusano observes the huge room.

“Ne, Koyama, Your not going to offer us a dri~~” Kusano was interrupted when all of a sudden two guys and a pig barge in.

“Hahahaha! You look like a clown ne! Ryo-chan!” Yamapi laughed +Akira laugh+, still looking at Ryo who has ketchup on his nose, and glaring at him like a mad man.

“OINK! OINK!” Buta agree. +Buta laugh+

“SHUT THE HELL UP PI! AND YOU TOO! BU~~” Ryo yelled at Yamapi as he remove the ketchup on his face using a clean napkin, then he become conscious that they were not the only ones who were in the room.

Yamapi stopped too when Ryo stopped, he look around to see Koyama and two boys sitting on the couch. He stare towards the one boy, who have a neat black hair, through a thick geeky eye glasses a pair of deep innocent black eyes, attention-grabbing lips and fair white skin.

“YOU!” Yamapi astonished with sparkling eyes as he point a finger to Shige.

“YOU?” Ryo bellowed as he stared to Shige.

“ME?” Shige point to himself innocently.

“?” Both Koyama, Kusano and Buta were bemused.

*Silence*

“eh? Wha~?” Koyama starts but Yamapi cut him off and said as he bounces in front of Shige and he tries to hold his giggle, “You’re the cute boy in the park, right?” +Akira bounce+

Shige was about to answer but Kusano nudged him and ask, “Shige? Do you know them?”

“~~they’re weird ne..~~” Kusano continued in low voice. But Yamapi heard him clearly that’s why he turn his gaze to Kusano, who supposed to be annoyed on the way Yamapi glared at him, but instead he was mesmerized and his heart starts to stumble within his chest. {doki doki doki}

“WHOAH! Pi! Do mean? He’s LITT~~?” Koyama asked surprised, but he was cut off again by Yamapi, who’s back on his bouncing happy face and said exaggeratedly, “HAI! HAI! HAI! HE IS!”

“OH! HONTO?!” Koyama said as he jumps to Yamapi and clasp their hands together in happiness. Bouncing in front of Shige, who is now more confused than ever.

“HEY! YOU TWO! WILL YOU STOP THAT?!” Ryo yelled angrily to the two guys who were gleefully bouncing.

Both of them stopped and broke apart as they saw the glare of Ryo.

“Now, Kei, would you please explain this?” Ryo asked calmly.

“Ah!” Koyama is now back to his ‘normal’ self.

“They are the two transfer students here in KITAGAWA HIGH.” Koyama explained as he put his hands on both shoulders of the two boys, standing in front of Ryo and Yamapi.

“Oh! Our new kouhai!” Yamapi grin and wink at Shige, who’d gone red because of it.

“A-ah… Kato Shigeaki desu.” Shige bend over politely and shyly to cover up his redden cheeks.

Yamapi giggle. {Kawaii!... >.<}

Ryo smacked him on the side and muttered firmly, “Be serious.”

“Kusano Hironori desu!” Kusano said loudly and bend over too to get the attention of Yamapi, but unfortunately Yamapi didn’t even glance at him. {eeeh? Xc}

“Now, it’s our turn to introduce ourselves…” Koyama started.

“Koyama Keiichiro desu, Manager of the Students Council” Koyama bowed politely in front of Shige and Kusano then smile joyfully.

Shige and Kusano was surprised that Koyama is a member of the students council. *o*

“Yamashita Tomohisa desu, Vice President.” Yamapi bend over and smile with thumbs up. “yey!”

Then… Shige turn to look at Ryo…

“Nishikido Ryo desu, President of the Students Council.” Ryo bowed and pose coolly.

Shige can’t believe that the guy he encountered at the park is the PRESIDENT of KITAGAWA HIGH!

{eeeh? Is that possible?} Shige wonder.

“OH! We’re not just Students Council leaders; we’re also the…tan tadadan…” Koyama said exaggeratedly. Before Koyama continue his speech, he ran towards the table, grabbed a white banner and opened it.

“TAADAA! KITAGAWA GAKUEN DETECTIVES!” Koyama exclaimed cheerfully.

Shige, Kusano, Yamapi, Buta and even Ryo were dropped dead seeing the big banner in front of them.

“OINK?!”

[After school]

*Sighed*

“Where is he? Why took him so long?” Shige asked to no one. He was at the park waiting for Kusano. Kusano told him earlier that he’s going to his ballet lesson. Shige glance at his watch again for the tenth time, “It’s already quarter to six, he supposed to be here at four.”. Shige really is worried now. He felt that something’s wrong.

As he glances at his watch for eleventh time, he heard someone’s approaching him. He turned around and saw Ohkura.

“K-K-Kato-kun,” Ohkura starts, still panting.

“Eh? What’s wrong Ohkura-kun?” Shige asked.

“Where’s Kusano-kun? Wasn’t he with you?” Still panting.

“No. He wasn’t. He’s on his ballet lesson. But…”

“But?”

“You see, I’ve been waiting for him here for almost 2 hours. He’s supposed to be here at 4 ‘coz that’s the end period of his ballet class…” Shige explained worriedly.

“Damn! Shit!” Ohkura said irritably, touching his head.

“Uh? Hey, did something happen? Did something happen to Kusano???” Shige starts to panic.

“Someone just called,”

“Called?”

“Yeah, someone just called and said that they’ve snatched Kusano-kun, I thought it was just a prank call but~~”

“Wait…WHAT?! KUSANO WAS SNATCHED? You m-m-mean.. KIDANAPPED?!” Shige exclaimed, he almost faint in the shocking news that Ohkura told him.

“Hey! HEY! Calm down.” Ohkura hold him tight to kept him still ‘coz Shige starts to shake non stop.

{How can I calm down when my beloved cousin was kidnapped???} Shige thought.

“Listen, don’t tell the police yet, got it?” Ohkura instructed him.

“You’re better off not knowing. Just go home and stay put, okay? I’ll handle this.” Ohkura swear as he let go of Shige, giving him ameaningful stare then ran off.

“Huh??? Wait, Ohkura…” Shige tried to follow but the guy was already gone.

“He seriously expects me to stay put?” Shige asked to no one. He’s the only person at the park now, and it’s getting dark.

“I can’t hear that he’s in danger and then not to help him out… but I’m scared… well, I won’t be able to do anything on my own, but…” Shige mumbled as he walked around again and again.

Thinking… and then it hit him!

“THAT’S IT!”
